I was impressed when Kenny was named a captain at the beginning of the season. How often do backup quarterbacks, who’ve never started, get named captain? But the senior has done nothing but be a team player and has always been ready to step in and do whatever the team needed him to do. (Remember the Purdue game last year when Braxton went out and the Buckeyes trailed?)
So, as scary as it is to think that Braxton Miller might be injured (let’s hope it is as slight as the team seems to be treating it today), it was just as nice to see Keeny G step in, play well and get the win. What a great reward for a real team player.
